4.Reason for the change:The Company originally scheduled August 4,2023 for the cash dividend distribution
date, but if the remittance procedure of the Taiwan Clearing House and financial institutions was postponed
to the next business day due to the cancellation of work caused by Typhoon Khanun. The cash dividend
distribution date will be postponed on August 7, 2023.
